The 2020 Grammy Award winners were announced at a ceremony (which was held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last night).

Alicia Keys hosted the ceremony. Many winners and performers paid tribute to former NBA player Kobe Bryant (who died in a helicopter crash in L.A. yesterday).

It’s important to note that 18 year old Billie Eish won the awards in the 4 top categories at the 2020 Grammy Awards: Album Of The Year, Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year and New Artist. She’s the second artist in the history of the awards to do so.

2020 Grammy Award Winners

Sadly there were no South African Grammy Award winners this year, but at least Gary Clark Jr. walked away with 3 Awards. Tool won the 2020 Grammy Award for Metal Performance and Cage The Elephant walked away with the Grammy for Rock Performance.
