The road stretches two hundred and forty-three kilometres and ends at Allansford.
Much of the road features the coastline of the Surf Coast. It, therefore, features the vest views of the Bass strain and the southeastern coast, the rainforest, limestone and sandstone cliffs and beaches. It is the perfect location for a landscape shot.
