Great news! The next edition of Mieliepop Festival is happening from the 7th to the 9th of March 2024 at Tolderia Resort (which is located a few kilometres from Lothair in Mpumalana province).

This festival had its first edition in 2011 and over the years it has blossomed into one of the most-anticipated events on the SA Music festival calendar. The festival offers a serene 3-day music festival experience which features lekker vaaibs, great live music, beautiful lakes, caves, swimming pools and rolling lawns. If you’re a festival junkie, Mieliepop should definitely on your to-do list.

The organizers have booked 75 acts for the weekend and their performances will be spread out over 4 stages. Tickets for the festival start at R750 and are available via Plankton.Mobi. Glamping options are available but do take note that these options exclude your festival ticket.
Just a heads up. Do not buy tickets from 3rd parties like Viagogo. The organizers can’t vouch that they are legit and it’s a great drive but a far one just to see an entrance gate.
