More info about Spiral Drive
Spiral Drive, a psychedelic space rock ensemble infused with progressive elements, was established in 2018 by Raphael Neikes, the primary songwriter and producer, hailing from Mannheim, Germany.
Originating from the “Space Pirates Sessions,” where they showcased improvised Krautish space rock reminiscent of Cosmic Jokers and other 70s influences, the project evolved into a full-fledged endeavor, incorporating the talents of Andi Haslacher (vocals, keyboards, synthesizer), David Knevels (vocals, bass), Tilman Ruetz (vocals, drums), Michael Nowatzky (drums), Jake Betke (guitar), and Daniel Gräupner (keyboards, synthesizer).

Since its inception, the band has explored a diverse range of psychedelic styles and has become a regular feature at various festivals, including The Vintage Caravan and Mother’s Cake.
Following the release of their single “Infinity,” Spiral Drive garnered airplay on numerous radio stations, catching the attention of Stonefree Records, a label based in Vienna, who offered them a record deal. The band continues to grace festival stages regularly, and their prolific output of recordings further solidifies their presence in the music scene.
