May The 4th Be With You

Today is uofficially International Star Wars Day. Most people my age are familiar with these brilliant Science Fiction films that were released in the late 1970s and early 1980s. So to all of you out there “May the 4th Be With You”.

For those of you who don’t get it, this phrase is a pun on the similarity between the date read as “May the 4th” and the beginning of the phrase “May the Force Be With You” (which was used a lot in the Star Wars Movies). This phrase was first coined on the TV Total comedy show (in Germany), although the pun was already known to many before it aired on television.
