“2024 was an incredibly difficult year for me and my family. Losing so many loved ones—especially my mother-in-law, who had been part of our home for 25 years—was heartbreaking. I remember watching my wife sip her morning coffee, lost in thought, and knowing she was thinking of her mother, her best friend.”

“That moment planted the seed for this song. But I never imagined that just three months later, I’d lose my own mother to cancer as well. The grief was overwhelming, but in that pain, I found a deep appreciation for the love we shared and the time we had. That’s what this song is about.”
