The official music video for Chris Stapleton’s song “Think I’m In Love With You” has been released today. Directed by Running Bear, choreographed by JaQuel Knight, and produced by Strange Arcade, the video features actor Andre Royo, known for his roles in “The Wire” and “Empire.”
“Think I’m In Love With You” is a track from Stapleton’s highly praised album Higher, which came out last fall to widespread acclaim. The album, produced by Dave Cobb, Morgane Stapleton, and Chris Stapleton, was featured on several “Best of” lists from outlets like Billboard, Esquire, Vulture, and Rolling Stone.
Rolling Stone highlighted the album as “dazzling,” noting it as the strongest evidence yet of Stapleton’s voice becoming synonymous with an entire musical genre.
GQ stated, “In an age rife with division, he’s maybe the only thing Americans all agree on…one of the most reliable hit makers in music,” while NPR Music proclaimed, “Higher places him where he always belonged—in that classic rock and soul tradition of Tom Petty and the Eagles, transcending genre boundaries.”
This year has been another remarkable one for Stapleton, who emerged as the top winner at the 59th Annual ACM Awards with four victories, including Album of the Year (Higher), Male Artist of the Year, and Artist-Songwriter of the Year.
He also won two awards at the 66th Annual GRAMMY Awards: Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song, both for “White Horse.”
Additionally, Stapleton has recently collaborated with artists such as Post Malone (“California Sober”), Dua Lipa (“Think I’m In Love With You (Live from the 59th ACM Awards)”), Slash (“Oh Well”), and George Strait (“Honky Tonk Hall of Fame”).
He also contributed a cover of Tom Petty’s “I Should Have Known It” for a new Tom Petty tribute album and made his third appearance as a musical guest on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live.”

Chris Stapleton, one of the most revered and beloved musicians in the United States, was named Entertainer of the Year at the 58th ACM Awards last year, earning him the prestigious ACM Triple Crown Award.
He also claimed the Male Vocalist of the Year title for the seventh time at the 57th CMA Awards last fall, setting a new record for the most wins in that category.
