At the end of November this year The Subways and Fun Lovin’ Criminals played two Jose Cuervo #PartyAnimals shows in South Africa (one in Newtown in Johannesburg and one in Cape Town).
I was privileged enough to be on the VIP list for the Newtown edition. An awesome thunderstorm disrupted the amazing party, but luckily the organizers moved the concert indoors.
I know I’ve mentioned this before, but The Subways were absolutely mind-blowningly awesome. This band is probably one of the best live acts that I’ve seen in 2013 and I’ll never forget the epic stage dive that I saw during their set.

I’m pretty sure that if you look up “rock ‘n roll” in the dictionary, The Subways would be listed there next to Led Zeppelin and the Rolling Stones.
