“Storms Are Breaking” is the latest single by South African guitarist Albert Frost. On this track, he joined forces with longtime friend, bandmate and Springbok Nude Girls vocalist Arno Carstens. The track is taken from Albert’s recently released album Sacred Sounds.

“Storms Are Breaking is an African rock song that embodies my love of West African music fused with good old rock and roll, a musical journey that touches on our fear of shutting falling apart.”

“After a morning hanging with Mr Frost and talking about what was going on in each other’s lives, we proceeded to the listening session for the song.”
“The lyrics flowed seamlessly over a melody previously created for that specific moment. It’s a lighthearted acknowledgment and acceptance of the inevitable future storm heading your way. It was really strong and fresh sounding, so it’s with great pleasure to play a small role in this fantastic song of his.”

This has to be one of the coolest tracks off Albert Frost’s latest album. The video is a work of art (in my books) and totally does the track justice.
