Desmond and The Tutus Go Big In Japan

Great news music fans! Following their recent tour to Japan, Desmond and the Tutus decided to shoot a music video for their latest single “What Am I Gonna Do With You”.

More info about Desmond and The Tutus’ latest video

From indulging in Japanese cuisine to engaging in the fine art of Karaoke, the music video displays the band fully submerged in Japanese culture. The tour was in support of Flake Records 10th anniversary and the official release of Desmond and the Tutus Enjoy Yourself  in Japan.

The video was directed by Fausto Becatti and Tom Revington. The band were also joined by SA rockers Shortstraw on this awesome tour (Asian Invasion LOL – that’s what I’d like to say but will omit). ‘What Am I Gonna Do With You’ is taken from the band’s latest release Enjoy Yourself.

I’ve been following these okes over the last few years and I have to admit that they’re one of my favorite acts to watch live. The video is a nice insight into what they get up when they’re touring.

Desmond and the Tutus will be releasing their first ever remix EP in May 2017, so you should probably keep an ear out for that if you liked what you heard in the video.

You can catch them live at Slashy Fen on the 16th of April, at Arcade Empire in Pretoria on the 21st of April, at Africa Bike Week in East London on the 28th of April or at the Tequila Festival in Centurion on the 13th of May.
