Here are 14 Series You Can Stream on Showmax in May 2025

1. The Real Housewives of New York City Season 15 – Available to stream on Showmax already

The Big Apple gets a fresh dose of glitz, gossip and glam in Season 15 of The Real Housewives of New York City, featuring a dynamic cast.

The cast includes fashion legend Jenna Lyons, Somali-Canadian model and entrepreneur Ubah Hassan, influencer Sai De Silva, powerhouse businesswoman Erin Lichy, fashion publicist Jessel Taank, and communications strategist Brynn Whitfield. Fashion designer and entrepreneur Rebecca Minkoff also joins this season as a friend of the Housewives.

Rebooted with a brand-new cast in 2023, RHONY was nominated for a 2024 GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Reality Program.

2. Tulsa King Season 2 – Available to binge on Showmax

After serving 25 years in prison, New York mafia capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi is exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Realizing his Mob family may not prioritize his interests, Dwight sets out to build a new criminal empire in a place that feels like another world.

In his first TV lead role, Oscar nominee Sylvester Stallone, known for Rocky, stars as Manfredi, earning a Critics Choice Super Awards nomination for Best Actor in an Action Series.

Created by Taylor Sheridan of Yellowstone, Tulsa King’s first season was Emmy-nominated for stunt coordination and Best Action Series at the Critics Choice Super Awards.

Season 2, with a 100% Rotten Tomatoes critics’ rating, was nominated for Best Action/Thriller Series at the 2025 Saturn Awards.

The Season 2 premiere was Paramount+’s most-watched global premiere, with the series ranking in Nielsen’s Top 10 streaming titles in the US. A third season is confirmed.

New cast member Frank Grillo (Boss Level, Peacemaker) plays Kansas City Mob boss Bill Bevilaqua, joined by Neal McDonough, Dana Delany, Annabella Sciorra, and Scarlet Rose Stallone.

3. Anatomy of Lies – Available to stream on Showmax from 7 May 2025

Grey’s Anatomy writer Elisabeth Finch captivated Hollywood with her remarkable life story—until one woman’s investigation exposed a stunning web of deception.

This three-part documentary series, inspired by a Vanity Fair exclusive, dives into a Hollywood dream too good to be true and a scandal that rocked one of TV’s most beloved shows.

At 15, Melissa Jesperson-Moore learned her father, Keith Hunter Jesperson, was the Happy Face Killer. This series follows adult Melissa (Annaleigh Ashford) as her serial killer father (Dennis Quaid) re-enters her life, her talk show plans to cover her story, and a potentially innocent man faces execution for her father’s crime.
