South African indie-pop duo, SaxbyTwins, return with their latest single, “The Chapter (Home),” an uplifting and heartfelt track that delves into the theme of finding comfort and belonging.
“This song brings so much joy, nostalgia, and energy,” they say “It’s the kind of track that makes you want to dance, sing, and create lasting memories.”
After a successful year of releases, the SaxbyTwins have poured their passion and energy into every note, aiming to capture the essence of what it means to find ‘home’—both physically and emotionally.
Collaborating with Jacques from High Seas Studio, the SaxbyTwins’ latest single blends their signature pop sound with a refreshing indie/folk twist, quickly becoming a favorite release for the duo this year.
“The Chapter (Home)” goes beyond just love—it’s about the universal feeling of finding your place, whether through people, places, or moments. As the twins explain, “‘Home’ can be anything or anyone that brings love, admiration, or comfort.”
The song captures that pivotal chapter in life when you finally discover where you truly belong.
2024 has been a whirlwind for the SaxbyTwins. From consistently releasing new music to headlining shows across multiple provinces, the duo has been unstoppable.
“We haven’t given up as independent artists, and we’re just grateful to still be making music and sharing it with our fans,” they say.
Selling out their first headlining shows is a milestone they’ll always treasure as they continue to forge their path in the industry.
