Jethro Tait gears up for the festive season with the release of his own original Christmas single ‘Another Lonely Christmas’ – released across all digital platforms today.
Written and produced by Jethro Tait, he delves into what motivated him to release a single specially for the festive season
“I’ve always wanted to write a Christmas song and this year I finally did it. The track centres around both personal experience and just good old Christmas vibes. I drew a lot of inspiration from my own relationships.”

“Although I have been with my girlfriend for quite a few years now, we have only spent one Christmas together as our families stay in different cities. Some of my family (specifically my brother) also stay overseas so we don’t always see each other over the festive season.”
“The song explores those feelings of missing your loved ones over the festive season. Although lyrically the song is ‘sad’ it is contrasted by a feel-good festive beat. It’s a light-hearted with a little bit of festive cheesiness – everything a Christmas song should be.”
