Amapiano’s first lady, Kamo Mphela, is back with a high-energy new single titled “Partii”—a vibrant tribute to youthful rebellion, rhythm, and uninhibited joy.

The track features a powerful lineup of collaborators including Aymos, production talent Jay Music, Gqom pioneer QUE DJ, and the genre-defying SpacePose.

A Genre-Bending Sound Made for Movement

Driven by booming log drums and energized with bold call-and-response vocals, “Partii” is crafted for both dancefloors and street corners. The beat hits hard from the first moment, inviting listeners to let go and immerse themselves in the rhythm.

“This song is about that moment when the party’s too loud, the neighbours complain, but you’re too alive to care,” says Kamo Mphela.

She adds, “I want people to feel free when they hear this track—like they can lose themselves in the music, even if it’s just for a moment. Jump on the TikTok challenge, move how you feel, and let the world know it’s a ‘Partii’.”

Kamo Mphela is blazing a Trail for Amapiano’s Future

Bold, playful, and soaked in street-level energy, “Partii” marks the latest evolution in Kamo Mphela’s sound. The track pushes Amapiano into new territory while remaining deeply connected to its South African roots.

With over 44,000 views already on YouTube Shorts, “Partii” is fast becoming another standout in Kamo Mphela’s catalogue—reaffirming her role not just as a hitmaker, but as a cultural leader defining the future of the genre.
