Ronan Morris has released a new single entitled “Sober”. The 21 year old pop artist has grown a strong local following from his EP’s: Ronan Morris in 2018, Free in 2019, and Moonshine in 2020. These also caught the attention of record label, Betaworldwide, who have worked with him on “Sober”, his first single.

In the song, the rising talent demonstrates his impeccable producing and sound engineering skills whilst showing off his instrumental ability, all of which is enhanced by his unmatched voice and vocal range.

    More info about Roban Morris

Ronan Morris, born in Johannesburg, found his way into music at the age of 8 when he learnt how to play the guitar. He now plays five instruments including the guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, piano, and harmonica. His passion for music grew as he began to teach himself how to produce, mix, and master.

As a result, this incredibly talented artist composes, produces, mixes, and masters his own music in addition to recording all of the instruments on his songs. Taking influence from Jeremy Loops, he has created his own unique singer-songwriter style of pop with folk influences.

“Sober” is a catchy, upbeat pop song with a folk influence which was inspired by Ronan’s friend who found himself in
a toxic relationship. The song is already set to be added to numerous user-curated Spotify playlists and to be playlisted on a number of South African radio stations.

With many more singles on the way, there is much more to come from the young artist as he continues to make the best music he can. His dedication, passion, talent, and hard-work are sure to set him up for an incredibly successful career.
