It’s been a long time in the making. The highly anticipated new album by Satellite79 ‘Into The Sun’ is out now. The album was launched at the famous Radium Beer Hall. Taken, the first single off the album has enjoyed widespread success on radio in S.A featuring on Jacaranda FM Hot Hit, Darren Scott’s Mix FM Top 40, and playlisted on numerous campus and rock stations.

The second single is the hooky; pop rock single ‘Hey Rae’ – proving to listeners that these boys are masters at melody, technique and mood.

More info about Satellite79

Satellite79 was formed in the wake of the breakup of Concussion Girl in 2012. Core members Alec and Kevin have been at the heart of the band ever since, though some others have come and gone over the years. The current line-up has been in place for the last two years with phenomenal lead vocalist Robin Finch providing a new and exciting dimension to the band, as well as the recent addition of talented young drummer, Adrian Booysen.
